Help
Team logins in TradeCatch: adding someone, how many people can log in and what it costs, owners and team members, removing someone, who gets alerts, and seeing who did what.
These are the same answers TradeCatch customers see in the app. Where one says “open Help” or names a page, that’s inside TradeCatch once you’ve signed in. Sign in →
Open Settings, tap Business, and find "Your team". Tap "Invite someone" and enter their email address. Only the owner can do this.
They get an email with a link to join. They set up their sign-in and land in your business, with the same customers, calls, quotes and bookings.
Ask them not to sign up on their own first. A login can only be in one business, so an email that already has a TradeCatch login can't be invited. If that's happened, invite them on a different email.
Up to 10 people can log in, counting you and any invites still waiting. Your price stays the same.
Members do the work, the owner sets the rules.
A team member can do everything day to day: call leads back, send quotes, book jobs, ask for reviews, reply to messages and use Catch. They can also change your opening hours and days off, and add to your price list.
Only the owner can change billing, the team, how Catch answers, your number and forwarding, and each tool's settings. A team member can see those settings, with a line saying only the owner can change them.
You can't hand a business over to someone else yourself. Email us at support@tradecatch.ai and we'll do it for you.
If you're the owner, open Settings, tap Business, and find "Your team". Tap Remove next to their name. They lose access straight away.
If you're a team member, open Settings, tap Profile, and tap "Leave" followed by your business's name. It only removes your login. The business and its customers stay as they are.
Just the owner, until the owner chooses otherwise. Once you've invited someone, open Settings, tap Catch & apps, and use "Who gets what".
You can switch on lead alerts for each person, separately by text, WhatsApp and email. Urgent reminder texts go to the same people as text alerts. "Your week from Catch" on a Friday can be switched on for each person too.
Texts only go to a mobile that's been confirmed. Everyone on the team sees every lead in the app, whatever's ticked.
Each person can switch their own off. A team member does it under "Your alerts" in Settings, Catch & apps. They can't switch on alerts for themselves or anyone else. The owner unticks their own in "Who gets what".
Yes, once more than one person can log in. Quotes, bookings, replies, review requests and notes show the first name of whoever did them. What Catch does on its own says Catch, and anything from before you had a team says "before team logins".
