TradeCatch is operated by Coastline Automation Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17046438), registered office 11 Ashdown Ave, Saltdean, BN2 8AH (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your use of the TradeCatch platform and its products (RingCatch, ReviewCatch, QuoteCatch, BookCatch, ReturnCatch and related services) (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
TradeCatch provides software tools for trade businesses, including AI call handling, review management, quoting, booking and repeat-custom follow-up. Features and availability may change as we develop the platform. Some features may be offered in beta and provided “as is” while we test them.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, or to use it in any way that breaches the terms of the third-party services we rely on (including Google, Twilio and Stripe).
The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example Google Calendar, Twilio and Stripe). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and may change or remove integrations where necessary.
TradeCatch's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where you use the Service to process information about your own customers, you remain the data controller of that information, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process it (including, where required, consent to be contacted by SMS, email or phone). We act as your processor and handle that data only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
What you pay depends on the plan and the terms you signed up under. The fees, billing cycle and any applicable taxes that apply to you are set out at sign-up and in your account. We use Stripe to take payment.
Beta accounts. Where we have invited you onto the Service as a beta user, the Service is provided to you free of charge. We will tell you before any charges begin, and you will not be charged unless you agree to a paid plan first.
Founders accounts. Our founders offer is limited in number and is made to a specific group of businesses rather than being open to everyone. Where you sign up on it, you get a 60-day free trial followed by £79 per month. Payment details are taken at sign-up, nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time — including before the trial ends, in which case you pay nothing.
Standard pricing. The list price for TradeCatch Complete, which includes every tool on one account and one bill, is £99 per month.
We may change our prices and will give you reasonable notice before a change affects your plan. Where you signed up on a rate we told you was fixed for the life of your subscription, we will honour that rate for as long as your subscription remains active.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design and brand. You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content in order to provide the Service.
We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that AI-generated content or automated handling will be free of error. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs that matter to your business.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, goodwill or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, the rights granted to you end and we will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
