TradeCatch is operated by Coastline Automation Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17046438), registered office 11 Ashdown Ave, Saltdean, BN2 8AH (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your use of the TradeCatch platform and its products (RingCatch, ReviewCatch, QuoteCatch, BookCatch and related services) (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
TradeCatch provides software tools for trade businesses, including AI call handling, review management, quoting and booking. Features and availability may change as we develop the platform. Some features may be offered in beta and provided “as is” while we test them.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, or to use it in any way that breaches the terms of the third-party services we rely on (including Google, Twilio and Stripe).
The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example Google Calendar, Twilio and Stripe). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and may change or remove integrations where necessary.
TradeCatch's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where you use the Service to process information about your own customers, you remain the data controller of that information, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process it (including, where required, consent to be contacted by SMS, email or phone). We act as your processor and handle that data only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Where the Service is paid, fees, billing cycle and any applicable taxes will be set out at sign-up or in your plan. We use Stripe to take payment. During beta, the Service or specific features may be provided free of charge; we will tell you before any charges begin.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design and brand. You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content in order to provide the Service.
We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that AI-generated content or automated handling will be free of error. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs that matter to your business.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, goodwill or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, the rights granted to you end and we will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
