ARROW is a UK AI receptionist aimed at trades, at £99 a month with no contract. It’s done for you: the team sets it up and it’s working within a week. It answers calls, books jobs and sends you the call details by text or email. A good fit if you want calls answered and jobs booked, and you’ll do your own quotes.
Moneypenny
Moneypenny is the big name in UK call answering. Its AI receptionist starts from £49 a month and can hand calls to a live receptionist at any hour. Norango
Norango mixes AI with real receptionists. The Essential plan is £69.95 a month with 60 AI minutes, then 50p a minute. Live receptionist backup starts on the Premier plan at £189.95. There’s a 30-day free trial. Worth a look if your calls are long or varied and you want a person available.
Jobber Receptionist
If you already run your business on Jobber, its Receptionist add-on answers calls and texts and can book jobs straight into Jobber. Jobber lists it at $29 a month on top of your plan, in US dollars, and that covers 30 conversations a month, then $0.79 each (it’s included on Jobber’s top Plus plan).
